Multiple Tolerances of Cassava Germplasm to Drought Stress and Red Spider Mite Attacks

چکیده

Uncertain climate change encourages the assembly of cassava varieties with multiple tolerances to both abiotic and biotic stress. The research aimed evaluate germplasm drought stress red spider mite attacks. was held at Installation for Research Assessment Agricultural Technology Muneng from February December 2019 using a randomized block design nested in two environments replicates. treatments consisted 50 accessions Indonesian Legumes Tuber Crops Institute collection irrigation environments, i.e. normal environment environment. Drought caused decrease plant height, tuber yield; on other hand, increased attack. Eight have Stress Tolerance Index values reaching above 1.00, them also resistance mites. Accessions MLG 10361 10362 had high level tolerance as well mites so that may be used source genes stresses.
